Bringing the instruments of death into the house of the Lord and all that. I'm sure lots of people think it's wrong. Disarming in places of worship probably goes back to the days of bronze swords in some cultures. If I could have a gaurantee that God would strike dead any evildoer attempting to enter his house with a weapon in hand and foul deeds in his heart, then maybe wouldn't feel the need to bring mine.
