Awesome! Looks pretty much like longtooth's holster.
One of these days I'm going to have a Tucker HF1 rig very much like that.
How do you like their "backwards" tilt magazine pouch? It just seems odd to me.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
Love the CDP with the Lasergrips. I see you got the rosewood color grips like on the Crimson Carry. I've got the "burlwood" Lasergrips on my CDP but I almost went with the rosewood, and may still switch to them someday if I get tired of the look mine has now.markthenewf wrote:

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
If it gives you complete confidence that it will go "BANG" when you pull the trigger and put a hole more or less where you're aiming, that's what's important.Kevinf2349 wrote:Mine aren't anything special to look at, but they are functional.
A pretty gun for concealed carry is really a weird concept when you think about it. No one's supposed to see it, so what's it matter what it looks like?
I ordered that one because it had the features I wanted in a carry 1911, not because of the looks. But I planned on the Lasergrips from the beginning. As I got used to looking at the CDP with the rosewood grips (something I'd never cared one way or another about in the past), I started thinking that it would be a shame to replace the pretty wood grips with black or gray plastic Lasergrips. But form follows function, and I was determined. Then Crimson Trace came out with the "Burlwood" Lasergrips and I was sold on them.
Same pistol, New pics:

disappears nicely under a light jacket or loose shirt/sweatshirt.
For deeper concealment, I have The Answer from Tucker Gunleather.
For all those guys who think they can't conceal a 1911, I'm 5' 7" and thought I was fat when I hit 170 pounds. I now weigh about 195.

I plan to keep that one for a long time. I drooled over the magazine adds and catalogs for a couple years before I finally ordered one. Planned the Lasergrips from the beginning and ordered the short safety to clear them when I ordered the gun. Finally got my Lasergrips. I open-carried that pistol every day for months when I worked at the gun store though I bought it for concealed carry (thus the 3" barrel). I've used it in USPSA pistol competition in Single Stack division against full-size, steel-frame 1911s. I got it in February and have put about 1000 round through it. She's a keeper.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
I finally got my Kimber Ultra CDP II on Monday.
I had a short trigger installed. (The trigger is a Colt because Kimber was out of stock on these forever.) And I also got a Kimber safety that's shorter on the off side, designed to clear laser grips (which I plan to add soon).
I've taken it to the range a couple times. Even shot a local USPSA match with it yesterday. I haven't seen the final score tabulation yet, but I managed to hang with the middle of the pack even with a lot of the race guns there.
One guy said, " . . . a little sawed-off 1911. You're going to have fun shooting those eight inch plates with that little short barrel."
When we got to that stage, I just took my time and aimed. Eleven shots fired, eleven plates knocked down.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
I just got a new "go anywhere" gun, a North American Arms Pug with the Trijicon tritium sight.
It's a stainless steel, five-shot, .22 Magnum.
I've been wanting an NAA Guardian (their little semi-auto) for a couple years. I haven't paid that much attention to their mini-revolvers. I just thought they were "cute," but didn't take them seriously. I'd fondled this NAA Pug a while back. Thought it was kinda cool. Was impressed with how it disappeared into my front pocket.
I woke up in the wee hours yesterday morning and thought, "If she still has that Pug, I'm going to buy it today." So I did. This was in New Mexico, so I had to wait for her to transfer it to an FFL in Texas. That took place yesterday afternoon while I was at work. I went and picked it up this morning.
I haven't shot it yet, but here are some pics.

My next "serious" handgun will be a Kimber Ultra CDP II. A very similar weapon. And it will also be my first 1911.
I say that's the next "serious" piece because between now and then I'll probably get a little North American Arms Guardian for "deep" concealment, such as carrying at work when I don't want my employer to catch on.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
Just today I purchased a Galco Yaqui Slide. Yeah, I know, the color doesn't match my Bianchi belt. (Held together with my TSRA Life Member belt buckle.) And the old belt is getting a little tight. (I didn't know leather would shrink like that.)
It's not very concealable. But the Smith & Wesson Sigma SW40F is too big for me to conceal well anyway. It sort of hides under a jacket, but it wouldn't really hide well unless I was wearing a heavy coat. Doesn't matter since I don't carry on me because my CHL has been expired for years. (Planning to fix that.) But it's a great pistol to carry in the vehicle.
I load the Sigma with Federal Hydra-Shok 155 gr. .40 S&W. I have ten (10) fifteen-round magazines for it (which I would never attempt to carry all at once, LOL).
Pictured with my (not very) tacticool Swiss Army Knife and Motorola TracFone.
