Ideally it should have said:

Convicted felon with a history of mental illness buys 8-inch butcher knife in a mall store that wasnt posted 30.06.
Removes it from the packaging.
Enters food court restroom.
Sees bystander using urinal w/back to him.
Pulls out knife and attempts to stab man once in the back.
Observant CHL draws weapon and orders said felon to stop and drop the knife.
Said felon ignores order and turns to stab CHL holder.
CHL holder stops the threat.
Said felon leaves the restroom in a body bag and is pushed through the mall to the body car, with law enforcement carrying the bloody knife in a bag.
