I didn't see any attempt to (paraphrasing) kick you below the waist. A question was asked and the best answers were given with reguards to what was known. from my perception the responses were quite encouraging. As was said earlier, contacting a laywer may be your best option. Don't get discouraged. All is not lost. There have been a few that have been in similar predicaments and have come through sucessfully.
