Always nice to hear of good customer service. All too often all you read/hear is negative experiences. You would likely never get anything more that a blank stare from the individual behind the counter at a big box store.

I like the local/small/Mom & Pop gun stores. Ther's getting much more rare. It isn't as much fun hanging out and shootin the bull at Academy.
