You can go http://www.texasonline.state.tx.us/NASA ... ctTask.jsp to check the status of your application.

You won't be able to check until DPS sends you a PIN.

If you have been reading this forum you will see that you need to be patient. Some applications take longer than others. It also seems as if application processing is not going very quickly.
