BUMMER ! In that case, I'd suggest you endure the class and get a set of FAST fingerprints while you're there.

I can't speak for the CHL instructor or the class. Sounds like a little man with a big gun 'showing out' for the class. You might want to mention this to the store owner prior to signing up for your class?

Lock n' Load is where Mrs. Oldgringo had her fourth (4th) set of fingerprints taken by FAST. After submitting the FAST prints and mailing and e-mailing everybody we could find 
who might have some influence, her plastic was recieved some 160 days after initial submittal.
Save yourself a lot of grief and pay the $10 for FAST fingerprints while you're at Lock 'n Load.
