Folk and fellow CHL holders:
Remember this: Laws are written by lawyers and lawyers feed off of their interpretation of the laws they have written via lawsuits both criminal and civil.
Hope and pray that you never have to use the concealed weapon that you have been licensed to carry. If you do use that weapon, you can be assured that you will be sued by someone - rightly or wrongly. In either event, there will be large legal fees paid to the lawyers who put you in the position that you now find yourself. If you decide the legal fees are unjust, the lawyer will attach your income, property, etc.
Right or wrong - you lose!
