That looks like a Tactical 5.11 Trainer's Belt? Actually, they have a carbinier (sp?) belt buckle with velcro on the tabs. I have two of 'em and they hold up a fully loaded XD .45 Service or a full size, fully loaded 1911 and my britches quite comfortably and quite economically. If that's not the answer to your question, please excuse me.

Based on othe recommendations of others and my rather impecunious state, I ordered a Coyote Brown Tactical 5.11 Trainer belt from http://www.LApolicegear.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . I'm so impressed with the belt and the service, my second one in black should arrive today. As this is being written, this belt is holding up a fully loaded Springfield XD .45 Service in a Don Hume First Agent holster - as well as my britches.
