I have erred!
My XD .45 is a Service model with 4" barrel and thumb safety (the Compact is not available with thumb safety). And yes, I too think $500 is a fair price...FTF.

I have too many .45's.
We're on the road in Montana at present; however, when we get home mid-October, I'm going to offer up my LNIB Springfield Compact XD .45 with 4" barrel and thumb safety. That's not all, it also comes with 4 mags and all paperwork and case, etc.
$500 should be a fair price for this beauty - don't y'all think?
