Re: Another casualty of Open Carry
Since you indicated you are also frustrated with your employer, have you brought your concerns to their attention and addresses them as bozos? I'm not accountable to you for what I discuss with my employer. However, they will be getting some healthy advice from me on the matter. Fortunately I am a ...

Re: Another casualty of Open Carry
I understand your frustration. Other than just because carrying of weapons was brought to light, why did your company decide 30.06 signs were needed at this point? There is a pretty good 20 year track record that shows they are not needed for improved safety. The passage of open carry has brought t...

Re: Divorce, Protective Orders, and CHL
Then again, the judge might be equally inclined to think, He's military. He probably is dangerous. I'll grant the order. Depends on the judge. That is a possibility as well. The other thing to consider is that courts are accustomed now to "The Bag of Dirty Tricks" being that a lot of thes...

Re: Divorce, Protective Orders, and CHL
Actually, the ex-parte could be enforced if the individual did not go to court on the date and failed to appear. If the person could not make the court date due to military service, the judge might be more inclined to grant a postponement until such time as the individual could travel. A lot would ...

Re: Divorce, Protective Orders, and CHL
The court system is far from perfect. Like anything else involving people, it can be abused by those it is designed to protect. Get a good lawyer and pray for the best. The system may be screwed up, but there's not many in the world I'd trade it for. Nice words, but this is screwed up. There are al...
