Quite simply, you cannot use .308 in an AR-15; the magwell isn't long enough. An AR pattern rifle in .308 is an AR-10, which is why it isn't in a list of AR-15 calibers.Charlies.Contingency wrote:That list does not list .308, which is shocking to say the least.
