We've tried year after year without success. We've never had a problem, though; the first one there should pick a table and hold it for us.LikesShinyThings wrote:Friday night at the Foundation dinner: Is anyone organizing a table together?

Re: TSRA Annual Meeting 2012
Bumping this up to the top to keep this in view til the show. So far, Keith B is the only one signed up to help at the booth. It's against the back wall at the show so there will be plenty of room to sit and visit with friends while taking a break from the show.
I really need more people to help with the booth. In the past, we have always had a great time visiting and putting faces together with the names we see so often. PM me if you can make the show and are willing to help out for a little while. Let me know when you could be there to help out. I know that Chemist45 and Mrs Chemist will be there along with M/M Crossfire at the Dinners. Hoping to hear from other regulars (Stevie-D, Longtooth, RPBrown, Ernie, and others) who might make the trip.

Re: TSRA Annual Meeting 2012
Thanks to Greybeard for helping set this up for us.Greybeard wrote:TomC and I been doing a little phone and email tag on table plans at gun show there. Crystal at TSRA says she has TexasCHLForum table locked in at #326, next to a wall supposedly with more room in front area for visitin. DCSA table next door at #325. I may pop for some electricity to be able to keep at least one of our laptops running.
Yes we will have a table at the show for our TexasCHLforum members, guests and visitors to stop by and chat and maybe take a break from the show. Our tables are at the back of the exhibition hall right next to the back entrance (exhibitor entrance) door.
If you can come help man the table for a short while, please PM me and let me know when you can help out. We missed last year because of the conflicting show schedules, so we need to make up for it this year.
See you there, tomc
