I just got back from Dallas and the 6th Story Museum downtown is posted, As is the front door to the building. The question is that the museum is a private museum but the building is owned by Dallas County. So would that make the posting of a 30.06 sign (By the way its not a legal sign, it looks like the demo sign posted on the DPS website so its the size of a letter paper) not enforceable, but you have to go through a metal detector and therfore you would be outed, then could they tell you to leave and would that be sufficient notice to Criminal Trespass on someone if they didn't.
