Whoever told you to dump them on your keyboard got it wrong. Anybody who's been around a computer for any amount of tie knows that Keyboards can only accept character and number data, not arbitrary bits.

For these binary information, you are better off going straight to the harddisk. You'll have to open your compputer case (because otherwise it shields the HD from stray bits). Once you get that openned, simply put the camcorder very near the HD and let quantum mechanics do the rest.
