Yep...I found out the same thing. I waited almost a 100 days for a pin and then had my plastic within a week after that. Your application has not been entered into the system. It is likely going though the processes required before entry. When a completed application is entered you will be sent a confirmation letter with your PIN.

I had to email them and request my PIN early on.

Don't let that bother you. This whole pin thing is extremely overblown. I was all worked up over not having a pin for more than 90 days. I got my pin and within a week my license was on the way. The pin means nothing other than somebody has typed your info into the computer. It has nothing to do with whether or not they are working on your application.Kythas wrote:Hit 60 days today. Truth of it is...your right. If the call volume goes down, they can put some of the people answering unanswerable questions back to work processing applications. That time frame makes sense. Your application arrived right at a month after mine. Myself and a few others with my time frame are just now getting approved...it seems in mass.
