I understand it is worst that that. I heard from someone who works in a staff role in the House. According to that person, there were going to be a number of impeachment defections in the the Democratic caucus on the vote. AOC walked into the room, looked them in the eyes and said "if you don't vote to impeach, I'll primary you." All the Democrats apparently believe that she has the power and the backing to do just that. In that regard, she has more power than Pelosi.
