I would just pray that the next time any situation arises that you are there to help your brother get away from the scene and remain safe.
Whatever that requires.
Just ask God for disernment on your part, your brother's part, and the other party's part.

Re: How Often Do You Carry?
I carry everyday to work, errands, and church. When I go out there is always a gun on my hip. The only time I take it off is to shower, use the restroom at work, and when I get home. When I am home there is always multiple firearms available to me wherever I am in the house.

Re: Coming home to find a burglar in your house...
This is why I enter my home with nothing in my gun hand. I have my shirt up and my gun exposed, I use my left hand to unlock and open the door. You can always make multiple trips. It's best to enter a house with as much flexibility as you can get, at least the initial entry. I tell my wife to carry ...

I hope to God above that this is a troll. I cannot believe that you have a CHL if this is true. No one else will say it, but I will. You are a moron. Nothing you have done shows any respect for the law, or any ability to discern right from wrong. Your actions and thought processes weaken the...

Re: Dog shot in city park
Any dog acting agressively towards a child (any person for that matter) should be restrained or repelled immediately. Since no restraining device was available to the owners or the father, and no immediate non lethal repellent could be found, deadly force was warranted. There is a large disparity of...

Re: Martin Birnbach KLIF 570 AM
Can the OP confirm any more wrongful information and negative interaction and/or provide updates of any further dialouge???
I listen to KLIF every morning online. I will not listen to them as long as they have this man 1. Spreading false information and 2. Abusing curteous listeners.

Pig is dead. Hope it was painful, although I know it was much much easier than what those girls went through.

I like the key idea, my wife knows to use that one.
However, I have manual windows, locks, and dont even have cruise control. Nice truck, 1999 F150, but nothing fancy. I might take along my mom's old "screamer" digital rape "whistle"
Ha, forgot about that old thing.

Re: Saturday Morning Encounter
Yeah, cops should have been called. The attendent has those types of people all the time. The reason I made contact with him was to let him know that I was there and that I was the only one there, at 4am he has no other business so he could keep an extra eye out while I was doing my business. I don'...

No, I thought about it. But there is so much going on there that it's almost a "boy cried wolf" situation.
Should have though.

Saturday Morning Encounter
Had a situation Saturday morning. Got up at 3:45 to go fishing. Stopped to get gas and as I was pulling through the intersection to get to the gas station, saw two obviously chemically altered, caribbean looking types walking away from the station. Pulled to the farthest, most lit pump and made eye ...

Who would quit their job
The moment their employer posted a 30-06 sign and wouldn't allow CHL?
I would, immediately after asking that it be taken down.
I am lucky to be in an industry where I have plenty of options, so my view might be a little jaded.

Re: Gun manufacturers continue to aid gun banners
I really find this a stretch. Gun control is a product of politicians, not law enforcement agencies. Most agencies have a budget and pick within their budget. We can ask American companies to stop selling in California, but then you will have foreign companies step in and reap the benefits. Also, it...
