The CHL law went into effect Sept 1 1995, didnt it?

Like few other members have done, I have also submitted an op-ed to the UT@ Arlington school paper. The Editorial staff attempted to chop my article to pieces, and I had to fight tooth an nail for almost every stat i mentioned. I was refering to the bill Charles wrote that would "exempt CHL holders from both TPC §§46.02 and 46.03" thus greatly reducing the number of places they wouldnt be allowed to conceal carry.

Does anyone know if a bill is going to be proposed on this issue? and if so what the bill number will be so I can make sure we get the word out.

Anyone seen or shot one of these? None of the stores in t he DFW area I have spoken seem to have one in stock or have an idea of how long it would take to order one. So if you know a dealer in the area that has one please let me know.

I grew up in New Braunfels and been to Dietz more times than I can count. My advice would be to go on a weekday, as the weekends tend to get really crowded.
