I'll out myself here, but I am a HUGE White Castle fan. I grew up on the stuff in NYC and still, to this day, go out of my way to eat White Castle when I am in a city that has them.
In & Out is a favorite whenever I get out to NorCal. I always go with the Double Monster. Can't go wrong there....
In San Antonio, there are a few places that have GREAT burgers. I am always fond of Chesters and Texas Burger Company. There is a place that has the Four Horseman burger called Chunky's. It's not a 'quantity' burger, but more of a 'can you stand he heat' burger. I will do it one day...Habaneros Jalapenos, Serranos, and Ghost Chilis. I'm ok with three of those...not the 4th.
