Had a small delay, I did not have the second date on the CHL-100 form filled in, the date under the instructors name!!!!! A "Darrell" at DPS sent me an email about it, he was very helpful!!!! So, the wait is on!!!!!

Wow, the DPS have really gotten efficient compared to the timeline for my original license ordeal in 08'!!!!!

Sure enough, a co-worker got his renewal back 3 weeks to the date he mailed it in. I've already registered online; I guess I better go ahead and take my class and get everything submitted well before the November elections in case there is another flurry of new CHL's and it starts taking months again instead of week for processing.
