This is unbelievable..... I went last year (with no problems) and was planning on the train trip this year to go. I'm glad I stopped by here first to look things over. what i might do is ask for the personal information of all parties that would have access to my information,to see how THEY like it....

I'm surprised no one has said this yet, but the definitive way to determine if you are in a 51% location is by looking at the bottom of the TABC permit if it says "sign=blue" then you are clear to carry if it says "sign=red" then TABC has determined the location derives 51% or mo...

AFAIK you cannot, i have a crimson trace laser-grip sight on my gun and was told to turn it off during the qualifying range time during my CHL class...

I have my garage door opener on a regular light switch.....flip it off and nobody is coming in without utilizing a chopping tool :coolgleamA: Mine is set up the same way, turn it off at night before i go to bed........
