Why, just this past week I learned that a posted speed limit of 65 MPH in Colorado doesn't mean "but 84 is OK if there's on one else around", no matter how desolate and in-the-middle-of-nowhere the stretch of highway is.HerbM wrote:Of course if we obey the traffic laws, including posted speed, we would almost never encounter a law enforcement officer.
