My only advice is to be able to not work out, eat, and not gain weight. Once you have figured out where you need to be to "mantain", you can more easily be mentally aware of the diet you need to lose weight. Then when you throw working out on top of it, you're good to go. Good luck, i'm currently at 15lbs lost and moving foward.
