Blouse your shirt out a bit and you'll blend right in.
Here's an under the shirt shoulder holster that provides very deep concealment in a shirt and tie environment.
You can leave one shirt button unbuttoned behind the tie for faster access, or sew the button in place on the overlapping side of the shirt permanently and sew a bit of velcro on both sides behind it to perform the closure.
Access is a little slower than an IWB under a jacket, but you don't have to worry about being given away by how you bend. Just don't let folks hug you with their arms inside yours, or they'll figure things out right quick.
