I stopped worrying about this long ago.

I leave my carry guns loaded all the time between range visits. I've kept spare mags in the safe loaded for years with no adverse effects.

There are lots of thins to be concerned about regarding weapon maintenance and storage, but this isn't one of them with high quality modern firearms.

I wouldn't apply the same confidence to low quality or old guns, whose springs may not be up to current standards.
