Baytown? Not sure which is worse.

About the time I just came to Houston. One day driving down I10E towards Beltway 8. Didn't know what I did wrong, all the sudden a car in front of started to block my way on purpose. I couldn't get out to 8, or the next exit, or the one after.

It was then I realized that I was in America and I should get a gun! Glad to have my cell phone with me at the time.

Here, I raise an issue: how many of you know what anybody can find you in about a few minutes just by checking your license plate# online?

It was very discomforting when DPS requests address and SSN for CHL. I don't think they have any intention to keep those records confidential.
