Utah chl course for someone under 21
This may belong in the new to chl section but its about Utah so here it is. My wife and I are planning on getting our CHL, I'm currently able to but we wanted to take the course together. I know in Texas she could take the course up to 6 months before turning 21 but what is the rule for Utah? Thanks...
