I finally mailed in my application after having taken the class a long time ago. But I figure the speed of me sending in my application will end up matching the speed is gets processed with.

05/14/2009 - Paperwork Received
XX/XX/2009 - PIN Received
XX/XX/2009 - Application Approved
XX/XX/2009 - Plastic in Hand
