DPS Processing Times
97 days from the time DPS got my forms to the day the CHL arrived in the mail. I know I am a good guy because I sure wouldn't have this license if I had one issue. This is a good thing. I think I will open a business for CHL people only. This way I know I will always get paid on time and the people will be honest. I am happy to be in the club with this outstanding group of citizens.
