I know you will have a happy Valentine's Day! The state will send you a card in the mail sometime around that date. Pull up a chair and try to not go crazy waiting.
My friend in Georgia applied for his CHL two weeks after I did and he has had his now for over a month. Some people have all he luck. I suggest a soft cushion for your chair.
