Would this mean that my employer, who owns the gated parking garage which is on property nice and close to the building I work in, can bar me from lawfully carrying in their garage ? All they have to do is offer (provide) me with alternative parking on their lot 15 minutes by city bus ride away ?!

Upon passage, would this bill provide for lawfully carrying (parking) on parking property of an educational entity (that is or isn't one's employer) ?
