We had a story in our religious studies, that one time there were 2 persons strolling the streets. They passed by a person who was born with no limbs and he might have been blind too.

Out of pity, one of the men was telling his friend, Oh, my friend look at that person.
He was born with no arms. How can he serve himself?
He was born with no legs. How can he move around?
He might not able to see. How can he ask for help?

The pious believer and humble worshiper of God, heard it all and responded:
I thank the All Mighty, the Creator, Allah, who endowment on me a praising tongue and a whole body that is tolerating all calamities.
I thank the All Mighty, the Creator, Allah, who raised my rank over many others.
