My carry holtser is a Milt Sparks Versamax II. It is a leather IWB holster. I chose leather because it slowly conforms to the shape of the body. It took me a while to realize that "kidney carry" is the best for me. I also discovered that I need a forward cant. With IWB holsters, I can conceal a full size gun under a medium sized T-shirt. I am short and skinny, but I work out at the gym and I think staying trim helps me do a better job of concealmemt.

I have other holsters, all plastic that I use for training classes. One holster has special retention and I use it for open carry.
