I spoke with Senator Duncans office and was transfered to his State Affairs office concerning SB1164. A member of his staff told me he was working with Senator Wentworth to "find common ground" as he (Duncan) was opposed to the bill in its original form. I was told by his staff that Senato...

What is the meaning of "tagged"? And, how can one Rep stop the vote in Calendars not to mention the House itself with so many in both bodies supporting the measure?
