1996 - 114,017 (half 2 year, half 4 year)
1997 - 50,130 (2001, 2005, 2010)
1998 - 51,186 (2002, 2006, 2011)
1999 - 48,765 (2003, 2007, 2012)
So, for those likely in a position to take advantage, I see 264,098 licenses issued in this span.
If we assumed the short term and long term attrition to be 50%, we'd be talking about 132,000.
I'm just guessing here, but I think 25% attrition would be closer, yielding 198,087.

That depends. Those of us in from the beginning renewed at two years, six years, and then ten years.terryg wrote:Wow, third renewals. How many years would that be?
