I have lived in Angelina County for my entire 21 years of existance. Took DPS 62 days to complete my application with no criminal background at all, not even a speeding ticket

So i sign in the Texas DPS website for the 30,000 time this morning with little hope of seeing a change and TA DA finally Application Completed - license issued or certificate active. Now the wait for the mailman weee
