Yep, mine were in the box when I got home. I released the "fake" buckle to expose the zippers, and inserted my pistol. Next, closed the zippers so they hide underneath the buckle.
To deploy, I just release the buckle and pull away from my body.

This weekend I'll play with it and make certain the pistol doesn't fall out when I pull the buckle. On the surface it looks like I will have to open the bag with my weak hand and grab the pistol with my strong hand.

For the price, it's a cool challenge.
