Re: Turks and Caicos- don’t visit with 4 bullets in the bottom of your luggage
I put myself in a similar situation on several domestic flights, using carry-on luggage that I had previously taken to the deer lease and not thoroughly checked/cleaned. Turns out there was one loose .22 cartridge rolling around in the bottom. The following week I took that carry-on through security...

Re: Kennedy Assassination: 60th anniversary
John Connelly and his wife were riding in the car with Jackie and JFK when both Jack and John were shot. After the Warren Commission results were released with the “magic bullet” theory, he vigorously disputed the results. He said he was not shot with the same bullet that shot Kennedy. The Zabruder...

Re: Carry Classes in northwestern Atlanta, GA area?
A colleague of mine asked if I know of any good instructors in the Smyrna / Marietta / Atlanta area of Georgia. His daughter lives there and is seeking good options to take their course and start carrying. Any input is welcome. Claude Werner is in the Atlanta area, I think. https://thetacticalprofe...

Re: Traffic stop in Houston
B"H On Wednesday the 22nd, a Houston Police Officer stopped me 'cause I went trough a "stop sign". Third time I've been pulled since I got my LTC 26 years ago, every time they let me go with a verbal warning. God bless all police officers out there! :tiphat: I am of the opinion that ...

Re: Palm-in or Palm-Out Draw from Rear Pocket
I'm guessing that a palm-in oriented negligent discharge would be pointed more at muscle, while a palm-out ND might be pointed at tailbone, lumbar, plumbing, etc.
I don't think I'd do either. Corrected version.

Re: After Supreme Court ruling, it's open season on US gun laws
Hypothetical question. If the US government decides it's a good idea to follow Australia's lead and ban guns, at what point do citizens use their guns to shut that nonsense down? I think the real question is "what percentage of US citizens will actively resist". My guess is that it will b...

If you had a cap and ball revolver, and attached a buttstock to it like Lee Van Cleef in A Few Dollars More, would it come under regulation by the ATF? Or any Texas law?

Re: Texas could be self sufficient?
Here is my question for those that may know! Texas has most of the Refineries, Texas has the oil wells and gas wells, so why can't Texas refine our own petroleum, distribute it to Texas gas station and drive gas prices in Texas down? Putting aside the logistical problems, there is also the problem ...
