Obama Proposes Federal Takeover Of Mass Transit
Why does this not surprise me? Someone please close the bail on the reel before all the string gets stripped-off. 
Obama is actually proposing a federal take-over of mass transit systems (subway & light rail) currently operated by cities, counties and states. Of course, under the guise that the federal gooberment can do a better job of safety oversight and regulating.
