I mailed off my application for a non-resident CHL (New Hampshire) today. I'll wager (not really), that I will get it back before most of you receive your PIN's.

I hope I am wrong.. because I know how it feels to be kept waiting.

They are none too fast in Austin though.

I'm thinking they are in serious need of help in Austin. Or a change in upper management.
