Per Sheriff Gonzalez "a child gaining access to a gun is the second-leading cause of death in America."

Sounds like Gonzalez is the second leading source of misinformation in America (the media being the first).

And if "the circumstances of the shooting are unknown", then WHY is Gonzalez saying: "No excuse for a child to gain access to it. It's against the law. You can be prosecuted," he said. "We'll have to determine if it could have been intentional or accidental."
