March...and then June

Well, I finally decided I needed a support group. It's good to know I am not alone. Submitted my app March 6th and June 6th received a notice that my fingerprints were unacceptable, which means I guess that it took 3 months to look at my app. Oddly, I thought, I received my pin with this notice.
So I submitted scanned fingerprints, right away. Its now 9/11 and "processing application" is all that an online visits shows.
My question is, am I 180+ days out, or only 60+ days out?
Does a call to a real person do any good?
