I am totally with you on the Glock feel. My brother owns several and is a Glock guy, although he does have an M&P and and XD. I'm the 1911 freak in the family. He is also a 40S&W guy as every one of his are 40s. Makes it easy not to mix ammo as well. I am debating on a 40 or 9mm, but looking for something my wife might enjoy shooting as well. Seriously considering the HK P30 in .40 as one we can both shoot. She loves her Walther PPK/S in .380 though.CompVest wrote:The Annoyed Man,
I agree with you except the part about it being anything like a Glock except for action type! I can't even begin to reach a Glock trigger and the ergonomics on a Glock feels like holding a rectangular piece of plastic with no sculpting for grip. You hit the nail on the head as far as the trigger goes. It is about the same poundage as a Glock but it is smoother and the break is crisper.
The M&P45 is a great gun!

HK45. I plan on shooting it for IDPA practice matches this Wednesday. It, like Annoyed's M&P shoots very much like a 1911. It can even be carried cocked and locked.
