still waiting. 123 days since DPS first received my info. I had to redo photos. Day 78 since processing application was back on the DPS site after photos were resubmitted. Sent a few emails to DPS. Still waiting on background check was the excuse. I haven't received a reply from my latest email. I asked if they were still waiting on background check and if so which county. Both seem to be slow as of late, Bexar/Harris county

I mailed new pics Tuesday and the website shows processing application as of this morning. hopefully that is the only set back in my application future

And I was told that it would take 1 - 3 weeks to get it back into the system after they received the correction. So it's like I'm back at square 1.[/quote]

Pics were taken at the class. They aren't that bad. No worse than my DL pic. Trying to thin the high stacks of apps... hmmmm

I received this dreaded message today

Application incomplete - missing information - detailed letter has been sent.

I checked and recheck and rechecked and rechecked before I mailed the Application. No telling what the problem is

PIN received today. Application Processing! Now lets see how long my Harris Co background check takes

I guess I will play the waiting game with the rest of you January folks
