I don't disagree that there is a lot of stuff not worth watching, but I do enjoy some of the CIS shows, Castle, Mythbusters and a couple of the new shows out this season. I look at TV as one of my escape outlets.

Ah, Mythbusters. One of my favorites. They shoot something in almost every show!!

I've watched all the clips. Quality promos for sure and until the program starts we're not going to be able to tell how this swings.
I personally will be watching and hoping for some insightful and hopefully fun gun-oriented entertainment. (I'd like to shoot the "fun" gun! )
Politics hopefully, will not be an issue.
