George Zimmerman is appararently in Texas, in the DFW area. Last Sunday he got pulled over by police in Forney for speeding. The poor guy just can't stay out of the spotlight.

The judge just denied the third degree murder/child abuse instruction.

All the prosecution witnesses today are testifying completely for the defense's benefit, as far as I can tell. Looking at these photos and hearing the testimony of the first people on the scene, it's amazing to me that this trial is even occurring.

His weight gain is a testament to the stress he's under during this whole situation.

You guys who sat through her testimony are heroic. I wasn't able to stomach more than 10 minutes of it. Even poor Zimmerman looked frustrated.

That anyone would give a single shred of credibility to her testimony will forever mystify me.

If this is an accurant representatation of the youth of this age, we are irrevocably doomed as a country.

Thanks for clearing that up; I wasn't aware that he broke off pursuit at that point. I did know that TM confronts Z later.

This whole trial angers me. I can only follow it in small bites at a time because I get so upset at what the "justice" system is doing to Z.

I thought the 9/11 dispatcher had said something like "We don't need you to do that" when Z said he was following TM.

Not that it should matter. 9/11 dispatchers don't need to be obeyed.

You can make reference to the content of the video while deposing the witness. In order to do that the video would usually first be entered into discovery. I'm sure O'Mara knew they would enter the video into discovery - no big deal IMO.

How can you know that the website is really and actually run by Zimmerman? It smells like a scam to me.
