Just efiled and paid the $200 tax for my form 1 on my SBR yesterday with a trust. Now I just have to wait for it to either be approved or disapproved.

What about Constables, they are elected by precinct. Would they be considered a CLEO for their Precinct?

Chief Lee Howell of Denton County will sign off. I sent him an email asking back in Oct 2013 and this was his reply:
Mr. Chan,
As long as Federal and Texas law will allows, I will continue to sign ATF forms after due diligence of checking the background of applicants for NFA weapons transfers.
