I dont see neither of those things happening 
LEO's dont get paid enough. I'd be all for them getting a healthy pay raise..

I had thought about becoming a LEO several times, I cant make it on what those guys get paid though. I've got too many bills that will never go away in my life time, all they will do is get more expensive... If it wasn't for that, I'd be all over it.... Now if someday I manage to meet a wealth woman and get married, I'll sign up I dont see neither of those things happening
