I'd much rather Arizona goes after people that employ illegal immigrants. I'd like to see a one million dollar fine for each year an illegal immigrant was working for an employer. If the demand for illegal workers dries up, they'll stop coming.

Not that this is a bad idea either. If the federal government isn't going to do anything, the state has to do something.
